I can not say enough positive things about Alvarenga's Empire Renovation. William and his team assisted me with a last minute urgent issue. They were on time, professional, friendly, and got the job done as needed. It was so refreshing to work with someone like this and I highly recommend them!
Alverenga Empire did a new porch for us with railings. Our screened in porch neede completely new screens which they installed. Installed a basement raking and bathroom vanity. The work was extremely well done. William and his company do precise and high quality work. They are timely, neat, leave the worksite as clean as it is when work begins. They are friendly, respectful and professional. We highly recommend them.
Alvarenga’s Empire Renovation has done several home renovation jobs for us including a complete garage renovation and family room ceiling and skylight trim and molding finishing and staining. They also did some cabinet work in our laundry room/ half bath. All the work that was done was excellent, on time and reasonably priced. We have had many comments from visitors on the beautiful work that they did for us. I highly recommend Alvarenga for all your home renovation jobs.
Alvarenga’s Empire Construction was an effective team. They rebuilt 5 Thesholds for all therooms. The front door threshold was in dis repair . Like new ehen finished. The cellar stairs was rebuilt to code.

William and his team exceeded my expectations! They replaced a broken window and repainted my portico and garage door (cleaning, scraping, priming, and multiple coats). They were done in two days which was faster than I expected. The best part was that they noticed there were gaps in the portico that needed to be filled with foam and that my porch light needed replacing and they did all that too! I will definitely hire them again!
