Alverenga Empire did a new porch for us with railings. Our screened in porch neede completely new screens which they installed. Installed a basement raking and bathroom vanity. The work was extremely well done. William and his company do precise and high quality work. They are timely, neat, leave the worksite as clean as it is when work begins. Alvarenga’s Empire Renovation has done several home renovation jobs for us including a complete garage renovation and family room ceiling and skylight trim and molding finishing and staining. Alvarenga’s Empire Construction was an effective team. They rebuilt 5 Thesholds for all therooms. The front door threshold was in dis repair . Like new ehen finished. The cellar stairs was rebuilt to code.
